the original left one has a sharper zig zag than the other wit a less crinkle cut… wish they had a round dowel handle instead of that tiny square thing… $6.00 @ 30 years ago, bought em from chinatown restaurant supply… online should be available…

well, as is usually the case when I go fishing, my wife had back-up plans for dinner and we had that instead.
This one will be sealed in the vacuum packer for fried Fluke sammie's on a cold winters night!!
