Everyone wrote off the Chiefs game. Jets fans stopped caring, assuming the season was gone. So the Jets had to make it close, just to get our hopes back up and get us to start caring again, just so they could crush those hopes yet again, like Lucy pulling away the football. We fall for it every time.
They will likely not look nearly as good next week.

Good game against a bad team.

This league is week to week. Next week will be another test for our QB. He's capable but not exceptional. Just a couple exceptional QBs in this league and even they look bad some weeks.

Although I gave up sports gambling back in my 20's (after I paid a 5k a week vig for a while), but I see that the Jets are plus $650 to make the playoffs.

I watched hard knocks. Eventually, against my better judgment, I had hope for a winning season. Then a minute in, the Rogers injury ruined it all.

But then they beat the Bills, so maybe it's not so bad.
Then they lose 3 straight, so no hope. I can stop caring.

Then they beat Denver and Philly...
Just when I thought I was out - they pull me back in!

It's been a long time since they've had a team this good. If Wilson can keep his mistakes to a minimum they should be competitive in every game.

I agree. He has been showing some skills. But he is the lowest rated qb in the league. If he gets hurt they're screwed.
