Yeah but the cost of living is cheaper down here and it isn’t cold which my wife hates. I dunno we still have to wait for our daughter to finish high school which she starts next year. Still have time to think through it.

Anywhere outside of NYC is cheaper. Lol
And if a Cuban asks for one at Molly McGuires Pub on the rear side of Franklin St. in Chapel Hill...He get another and another and get pretty lucky with some good looking UNC babes!
Of course that was 30 years ago!!
Yeah but housing is affordable, insurance is affordable, the cost of living in general is cheaper then in NYC. You can’t argue that. Are some places in FL expensive sure. Just like here in the City. But just outside of it, it’s WAY cheaper then trying to live here. Of this all comes with having the right job. Either way my wife is dabbling with the idea I’d rather not move somewhere that’s warm all year long.U home Frank , not true .! Housing in Florida maybe less, but everything else the same...cellfish...

I think it all comes down to quality of life. Raising kids around here isn’t bad, but it isn’t no great shakes either. If I could make the same money down on the east coast of Florida, which I probably could, the quality of life would definitely be better. I could never move though because of my wife.wages are less Frank, and if I had only one choice, it would be the North East... cellie...
.
My wife is anchored to her job up here. She cannot move.I lived in Miami for 23 years before moving north,Carolina then NY. Fell in love with the change of seasons. Now, Florida’s a nice place to visit.?
Just curious Benny, is it because your wife wouldn’t want to make the move south. Or are you saying to Frank. Don’t move south just because your wife wants to??
