Baked thick cut boneless pork chops with a mushroom and onion gravy
 
Went to Chop Shop last night in Smithtown.

As always blue cheese olive Martini's.

Apps were stuffed artichoke hearts(gorgonzola stuffed with toasted croutons and balsamic drizzle) and Peanut Thai Glazed Shrimp

Main course swordfish served wit basil mashed potatoes and three tomato caponata. Slow braised Lamb shank with garlic mashed.

No dessert but some after dinner drinks. Irish coffee and chocolate espresso martini

if it's the Coneys you have to know someone in Syracus - or - I think you can get on line.........

My Brother-in-Law is from there & has family there, So when he & my brother go up to visit they always pick me up a pack or two. They really are tasty & the company seems to have been around forever.

When they go up to visit family they always get me a pack. He's actually a Native American. His family is still "on the reservation."
They're really tasty. As far as the Guiness Mac & Cheese - check you local grocery. Also tasty. There's Guiness in the cheese sauce.
