Sorry, but that Burger looks almost raw. Maybe that’s @MOJOE Fish magic Photography but I like my Burgers Medium and my steaks medium rare. For safety I think there is a difference between cooking ground beef and unground beef (steak). Damn I’m going to get killed here.

You are correct that your chance of a food borne illness increases eating beef in a ground manner vs. slab when cooked rare.
