Same story.
Igor holds them off, #37 was a wrecking ball, they hit everything and extend plays in O zone but their PP can't deliver, our special teams tilts the ice and ties it up and was a post away from taking the lead twice on same PK.
In between 2nd and 3rd, I was thinking how Panarin was pretty much absent and disengaged, and then he gets the primary assist, and then the GWG.

I don't understand trying to protect a 1 goal lead with half the game left. Reminds me of Torts old saying..."safe is death"
Not saying that Igor had a bad game as he has been stellar, but that bad look of three quick goals has reared it's ugly head again.
We got beat by a team that wanted it and needed it more.
2 days to let this stew and back at on thursday.

Yeah....they were flat, sloppy and flat...That's it. Igor made alot of good stops The goals were legit.

They need to score more goals if they're going to move on. Carolina is as good as advertised.
