Harris calls for raising corporate tax rates to 28%

Vice President Harris' campaign continued to roll out her economic agenda by announcing on Monday that she supports raising the corporate income tax rate from 21% to 28%.

An analysis by the nonpartisan Tax Foundation of the FY2025 Biden-Harris budget proposal found that the higher corporate income tax rate had the most significant negative impact on economic growth and the labor market of the policies put forward.

"Raising the corporate income tax rate to 28 percent is the largest driver of the negative effects, reducing long-run GDP by 0.6 percent, the capital stock by 1.1 percent, wages by 0.5 percent, and full-time equivalent jobs by 128,000," the Tax Foundation wrote.

Chicago teachers union locks 320,000 kids out of class so they can be indoctrinated by the DNC

Chicago teachers are using the DNC as an educational opportunity, since it's the political party they support. The union shut down school for 320,000 kids to push the Democrat agenda.

Chicago schools will be almost completely empty this week. That is by design: This year, district leaders pushed the usual start of the school year back by a week to help the city "accommodate an estimated influx of 75,000 visitors" and "[allow] time for students to attend, volunteer, and participate in the civic process of hosting the Convention."

That’s right: 320,000 students are being kept out of school so they can watch a political party talk about the importance of education. Teachers are still expected to report to work for professional development days, and the Chicago Teachers Union (CTU) is busing teachers to Soldier Field on Thursday night to watch Harris’ acceptance speech on the big screen.

Indoctrination in broad daylight.
