Yes, I got an absentee ballot this year and turned it in yesterday. No reason needed anymore (COVID and no due process changed that). It says I can’t vote in person but will be one of the first in line to see if name is still on voter rolls. The Army recently proved to me that their votes don’t get counted when they reached out to my local BOE to check previous new voter statuses that did absentee ballots like all do from four years ago and were not counted. The same peeps are not listed as ever voting today.
