I’ll believe it (when) I pick it up. We’ll see when he gets back from Texas. This would have been a good week to pick it up as I’m working nights and off Friday but whatever.
 
The guy was a flake. I kept saying it to myself but to try to be liberal (a moron) and less untrusting. I let it drag out as he was supposedly a fireman and then a cop because no one likes cops he said he lied. (I only have Friday and Sunday off yada yada.). Then there was always an excuse. However he kept reaching out to me so I said maybe he’s just an idiot but wants to sell it and has legit excuses. Last week I met him, he wanted afterwards to bring it out to me at that point but I was hesitant as there was more to it that I did not see yet (seat, back rest, rims) and it was 7 pm already and 30 miles from me. He also dropped (by the way it fell over in the garage and scraped up the bottom/side of the right bag.).

He had this for two years and I don’t think it was in the garage for none of those also. It needed a serious detailing. Those pics were when he got it. Anyway we were going to do it last Sunday. Then it was (I am going to Texas Friday so it has to be next weekend). Alright, this week comes and I’m on nights, I’m off today after 4 am so I I reached out Tuesday thinking he’s in Texas saying I’m off Friday. I get back (let’s do it). I don’t think he remembered telling me he was going away. I reached out Wednesday to make sure he was still going to be off. He knew I was going to rent a trailer, told him multiple times including Wednesday. “No Problem, I’ll meet you at bank Friday morning in Merrick. So I picked up the trailer yesterday and while driving in to Plainview last night. I get a call from him “Someone wants to buy sight unseen for $900 more, can you come up a little?” In short, I told him “Good Luck With That”. Canny knows the story. I can’t believe you actually reached out to him lol. (I’ll believe it when I see it)i told you. I didn’t trust him one minute by the end of the first day. Streetglides going forward hopefully.

wow what a story! Sounds like a flake, can't believe the bike fell over in the garage when you saw it! Good luck with the SG hopefully that works out for you! And we can ride in Dec to the toys for tots at suffolk HD
