As fires rage in California, Elon Musk announced that SpaceX will supply free Starlink terminals to impacted areas in Los Angeles.

"This is so sad. Elon, I believe you want to help as much as I do. I'll use my post on Homeland Security Committee to have an open mind re: concerns over fire cause/response," Swalwell said when responding to the video Musk shared.

"Can you use this platform and your money to help poorer families who lost their homes/workplaces?" the congressman asked.

Funny, I could not find the part about how much PERSONAL money Swalwell was putting up for this disaster.... Typical democrat.

DEI Mayor cut 17M from the Fire Department budget this year FY 24/25
DEI Fire Commissioner, who prides herself on diversity hires in the Fire Department, sent extra Fire Department supplies to Ukraine (As if DEI has any positive bearing on putting out fucking fires!!)
Newsome opened/destroyed 4 Dams/Water Reservoirs to save the Smelt resulting in all fresh water flowing into the Pacific, so no back up supply of water expect 3 1Mil gallon tanks which were exhausted on day 1)
No active management of the forests with controlled burns and cleaning up the undergrowth, which would mitigate a fires ability to spread
Despite Prop 1 in 2014 being passed, not one new water infrastructure has been built; e.g no back up system to mitigate fire spreading, despite record rainfall in recent years for the area.

I hope these folks resign and are held accountable for their incompetence, loss of life and the property destruction that could have been mitigated with common sense.

The mayor was too busy in Ghana. Just came back and would not answer any questions from SKY News Reporter at the airport. She stood there for 2 minutes and said nothing.
