Just started the grill again for my daughter and her fiancé then bed. Haven’t slept more than a few hours all week I don’t know what is the cause.

I seem to be up watching TV from 3-5am every night

Maybe have the fiancé do the grilling while you nap..
Then he will know how to grill in future for his family amd you as an old man.

He knows how too. But he also works like 70 hours a week so I gotta hook them up when I can.
