The USS Utah — Pearl Harbor’s “Forgotten Ship” — now rests in eternal silence. 
With the passing of Warren “Red” Upton, her last surviving crew member, the final living voice of the Utah has fallen quiet.
At just 19 years old, he braved the inferno to rescue his shipmates as chaos engulfed the harbor. For more than eight decades, he carried their memory with unwavering devotion — honoring the 58 souls who never returned.
Now, he joins them once more, reunited in the sacred waters of Pearl Harbor.
