I love hot dogs and Sabretts are pretty good. If you haven’t had a natural casing Hummel I would suggest you try them. I think they blow Sabretts away. They are made in CT, and Stew Leonards sells them. I haven’t been to their new Long Island location but I would assume they carry them. Sometimes they have the regular skinless I think they are called but more often than not they have the natural casing.
