Whats on tonights Menu

While I was at the market today I saw beef marrow bones. I bought some to make broth with. Idea is to have a bowl a day. It's supposed to have an anti inflammatory effect. I'll have it with different veggies each day.

. I've been feeling the effects of arthritis more lately. I'm going to try to cut out flour and sugar for a few weeks, and see if that helps

I make a Pho, which is a Vietnamese bone broth, which I'm told is pretty good. Let me know if you want the recipe.
 
I’m absolutely stuffed.
I went to Grumpy Jacks in Port Jefferson for lunch.
I had the seafood bisque in a bread bowl and the short ribs. I really should have taken 1/2 home instead of eating the entire meal.
Highly recommend this place, excellent food and most everything is under $20

I just printed out the recipe. How was it?
Excellent. My wife and son said I outdid myself.

I used three breasts sliced in half lengthwise. I also used two containers of mushrooms and they were just enough.
The recipe called for 3/4 cup of Marsala and 1/2 cup chicken stock. Next time I'm going to go with a cup of each. It could have used more sauce.
I also used fresh mozzarella cubed instead of grated.
