spent 1/2 on hold with Apple - app will only work with an android phone or apple tablet - not a laptop - so back she goes to Amazon

it's used to program the machine - besides it's too noisy - wanted to set it for late night cleaning to get up Max's hair - figured I'd run it when we were sleeping because he'd think it was some sort of play thing during the day & attack it - with the racket it makes he'd hear it from upstairs at some point & either come down to investigate or start barking & then attack it

Right, its all dependent on what your computer is capable of and what software ( applications) are loaded to it so it can either read or translate what you input.

If it does not work,,,,, you need to apply the proper software to it.

Example: An application like QuickBooks can work on a Mac computer but it needs to have the proper software since they have one version that is for P.C. And onther for Macs. There is also another accounting software MYOB however this software can work on both platforms.

Some software are cross platform, some are not.
