potential for more snow tonight - got about 2 inches last night before it went to rain - brother got socked over in Richmond - snow went to ice - power's been out since before 6 this morning when they woke up to 40 degrees in the house - good portion of Central VA is without power due to ice - northern VA up around the Washington area seems to have gotten 5 inches with another 3 predicted.
