Not Sure, but a lot high risers are goin up like pop corn... it could easily be an office building or even residential... distinction between the two types are blurry today... cellie...

Thanks cellfish. I haven't been downtown since I retired in 2011 and only up around Times Square once or twice since, but I know I never saw that odd looking building. Coming back from the stadium last summer I didn't hardly recognize the skyline !
