Whats on tonights Menu

I had some luck on the Captree Princess. Fortunate also to have a local restaurant that knows how to prepare fresh sea bass for my dinner. I ate the whole thing including all the succulent cheek meat and eyeballs without coming up for air. I saved the pan juices to put over rice for my lunch. Brother, I enjoyed this more than my favorite 2 inch thick ribeye.:love:(y)
