Last Night's Dinner @ Maurice
Appetizer:
Croque Monsieur Eggrolls. Virginia Ham, Gruyere Cheese, Red Wine Poached Pear in a Flaky Egg Roll with our signature Blueberry Dijon Japanese Mayo Dipping Sauce.

Entree:
Grilled Argentinian Flank Steak!
Grass Fed Angus Beef Rubbed with Colombian Espresso and Cocoa.
With Red Chimichurri, Parmesan Polenta and topped with Caramelized Fried Green Plantains.

They didn't have a picture of the desert on their Facebook page.
Desert:
Hazelnut Mousse Cake with a layer of Dark Chocolate on top with a whip cream & lemon garnish

It was all superb.

this was already precut (no butchers here in Paradise) - picked it up at a place called How Sweet It Is in Fruitland Maryland on my way back from getting the car serviced at VW in Salisbury Maryland.

I could see Chebby running this place. It's a Garden Center, Fresh Produce, Quarry Stone, Garden Sculpture, pond scaping, exotic meats, landscaping, & outdoor design center on 12 acres.

from what I could tell - yeah - was thicker then normal thick sliced bacon & a lot saltier

wader the skin on edge of the slice,,you would know its chewy and hard,, my butchers slab bacon is fresh and not salty,, maybe pre package is more salty,, to stay longer,, any way it good ,, did you like it?,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ><))):>
