Your right! It funny around here!! I can grill steaks and serve them up so rare that you could blow a bubble with it, but when it comes to chop meat.... no no no absolutely no pink!! Well done!! Burger must be served well done!! Thank god for all the toppings and the fatty ground brisket I use or I’d still be choking it down!!?

Grilling steaks kills the ’nasties’ on the outside not so much grilling chop meat; nasties on the inside if not well down. I still roll the dice and order my burgers medium.
