Planned Entree:
Pan Seared Fresh Rainbow Trout! Pan seared and drizzled with a Lemon Balsamic reduction. Served over Sautéed Baby Heirloom Tomatoes, Green Beans, Garlic, Olives and Almonds and topped with Crispy Bacon.

The Appetizer & Dessert are yet to be determined although I have a good idea......

Of course the requisite Glass of Red will accompany the meal.
