Back in the early 80s when the Douglas Fir first became a popular tree I was selling them anywhere between 70 and $100 so $70 now isn’t too bad

passed by pier 40 wetlabs , hudson river park… not tremendous but fun…
i enjoyed the digital display of the waters stats, temp, tides, clarity, etc , especially the salinity level…it’s not 100% at Houston Street and varies with season and rains naturally, but our known regular fish hang there… cell…
