    I'm pulling the top tight with tie wraps before the final tie in. Finished making the VHF antenna base mount and it came out great. Can't wait to get the boat out of the driveway.     T-top coming out great. Got the canvas on and drawing it tight. Mounted the radar and gps antenna. I'm making a new VHF antenna out of starboard. Should be done tomorrow and hopefully splash Tuesday but will be happy if it takes until Wednesday.

    I got a new T-top canvas and I plan to install today. After the install, I have to replace the radar, gps and vhf antennas, radio box, navigation light and outrigger holders. It's going to be a very busy job with a lot of climbing up and down. First step, give the aluminum frame a good scrub.

    The heating of the Kielbasa and perogies was very easy in the air fryer. I've eaten supermarket kielbasa and it was a lot fattier than this kielbasa from Euro Deli. The flavor was fantastic.

    Cellfish, is that a kosher feta cheese? I love the healthy look of your plate of food. Clean eating. Simple asparagus recipe. Light egg wash, flour seasoned with Old Bay and a light saute in roasted sesame oil. I probably eat most of them while cooking.

    Thank you Cellfish. I really like hummus and will make my own and continue until I have made this dish with the tabouli. I looked for the Holyland Matzo but could not find it near West Islip. Yours looks toasted to perfection. Thanks for sharing.
