    tried for Tuna

    Tried for Tuna today, we went south east of the Rockaway reef. The water was very dirty. Did hook up with a few sharks but no tuna. Went to the Cholera for a few keeper sea bass. went out at 7:00 a.m. back at the dock by 2:30 p,m, Perfect conditions except for the heat.

    Late Report Sunday 7-11-21

    Went out Sunday morning fished several of the reefs spent most of the time at the transition zone with all the other party boats. Fished 4 hours we probably had over 50 sea bass in total and 2 keepers. Headed in when the wind started to pick up.

    It's a $hitty situation for sure. I know things got better when the breach opened after Sandy and all this rain we have had recently isn't helping. I'm no biologist but if you opened up the breach and get moving water in and out of the bay it's got to help...
