    Took Joe and Steve out today to give the blacks a try had 40+ fish all shorts. then gave the bass a shot 2 shorts and 2 blues. It was a nice day overall.

    After a two week of no fishing getting the new boat ready I Fished the bay today and had a mixed bag of fluke 22”, weak 18”and porgies. One of the boats out of my marina had a 5gal pail full of large porgies. Will be out again this week looking for some more keeper fluke.

    Weakfish are in.

    They were from 10” to 17”. But last Friday my grandson dropped one 4lbs plus while fishing for porgy’s didn’t expect it.

    Fished J Bay today in search of fluke no luck switched over to weakfish and had 20 to 17” on gulp sand worms. Monday was out fishing the flats and there was a school of dolphins working off the beach for about an hour was a sight. Tried downloading a video couldn’t.

    Fished the bay again same results as yesterday one keeper at 21”. Had a seal watching us fish.

    Fished the bay again today about a dozen shorts and one keeper at 22” beautiful day but just couldn’t get the right drift until the afternoon that when I caught the keeper. Will be out there again tomorrow.
