    Braved the fog and Fished the bridges of Jamaica bay today had about 25 blacks most of which were between 12”-17 1/2” 4 where keepers. Green crabs and jigs were the ticket. Mo Joe you know what bridge.

    Fished J-Bay yesterday had a lot of action 16 shorts all between 16”-18” they were very aggressive chasing the buck tail 3’ off the bottom dropped twice as many. Felt like I was using rubber hooks. LOL.

    Fish by Floyd Bennett today had 20 nice porgies between 12-16 in. In about 1 1/2 hour of fishing. Also had 6 short weaks.. Tried for fluke in the AM about a dozen shorts in the back bays.

    AB Reef

    I fish on a 17 “ Grady center console. When I got out there it was a little lumpy with a chop. He couldn’t handle it so being a nice guy I went in my mistake .It layed down on the tide change. That’s why I like to fish alone.

    Same conditions at the AB Reef today only fished 45 minutes but I heard that it layed down at the change of tide.

    AB Reef

    Fished the AB Reef today for 45 minutes because my crew was a little scared made 3 drifts and one keeper at 24”& 5 lbs. Finished the day drifting Reynolds Channel with a lot of action with the fluke shorts between 16”&18”.

    Shorts galore

    Fished the AB Reef today no stop action. Put 36 shorts in the boat not one keeper. Half of the shorts were between 16&18 in and I also had two double headers. Will be back out there Wednesday searching for keepers.

    Nice fish. Fished the AB reef had 3 dz shorts not one keeper.

    Reynolds Channel

    Gave Reynolds Channel a shot today about12 shorts and one 24” 4lb keeper. The boat traffic and green flies where unbelievable nothing like J Bay.

    Fished today caught about 15 short fluke and 1 22” keeper. All fish caught on bucktails and gulp All fish were caught in shallow water 12-15 ft.

    Fished again on Wednesday same results but one keeper. There are shorts every where and when I say short they are between 6”-12”.
