Is it normal to be getting AI generated summations on email exchanges? Just got one from a lengthy thread regarding my deer nuisance permit. Completely accurate but this “s it” is freakin’ me out ! Note: this was not herein but from emails exchanged via my cell phone.- pequa1

I still reuse the quart size freezer bags for my rigs but discarded the cardboard dividers in them and now cut up the store bought cookie plastic boxes or lids from takeout chinese into squares. outboard repair can be very expensive and frustrating when not fixed
I will never complain about the Yammy 90 2 banger I had on the Sea Pro for 22 seasons. Yes, low hours, especially after I started kayaking in '05, but that thing is probably still motoring away for someone. (Once you yak, you don't go back)- pequa1

Looking at maps
what sort of boating safety course did you take ? The USCGA course I took in 1975 covered this, anchoring techniques, knot tying, navigation and more. It was at an adult education setting in a high school and was 8 or 10 Tuesday nights IIRC. The Nassau County Police course I took in 2007...- pequa1

Can't disagree with that, but why not consider the future of the fisheries ? Shouldn't skippers wanting to pass on an activity or a livelihood to their descendents consider the demise of the winter flounder fishery as a harbinger? When I didn't know better I would come home with pails of them.- pequa1

I would gladly support dropping the NY bag limit to three or even two to get Joisey's lower size. I would treat such a bag limit as I treat the one fish limit on weaks; catch one for dinner and paddle home to hit the pool and do other stuff, rather than paddling around to "torture" more shorts...- pequa1

Others have said this as well. I have used both, and regret not buying more of the older bagged ones when I was getting them at 4 bucks a pop. I often catch four or five fluke or more, mostly shorts, before the bagged Gulp! in 4" size (I just fish the back bay for fluke and weaks) have to be...- pequa1
