Everybody has a different tolerance and you're lucky you're acclimated to that. I could stand to lose some of the insulation I'm carrying, but I'd probably still need to come in once an hour for a 15 minute cool down and a couple of glasses of water.
Our main floor window A/C was given to me by the office next door who was throwing it out. That was lucky because the A/C the contractor left behind was way too small for the space.
Only one problem. It's 240V and we don't have a 240V outlet near there. Although I guess I could unplug the stove...

Frequent breaks in the A/C indoors. Lots of water, and I have a fan in the garage window that runs in either direction. So working on the patio or in the garage I had air movement. As long as I stood right in front of it. 🫠
I don't think I would have survived without it.
Same here. I've been putting off cleaning the little patio area next to the garage, so I'm cutting back the Rhododendron, raking out dead leaves and getting set to toss the old, rotten firepit and some kid toys that I was hoping to find a taker for.
