    I am against this scam for the reasons listed above. Additionally, the State doesn’t have the authority to require a license for the East End residents due to the Dongan Patent which guarantees us the RIGHT to fish here “ without let or hindrance “.

    the pink and green beds are glo as are both the skirt and squid After tacking on a 12” belly strip and a Peruvian on the back hook the rig measures about 18”. Once we fish deeper than 80’ I feel the glow plus vibration from 2 blades is an attention grabber and the size keeps the shorts off...

    What you described are fish traps , used since the Indians first created them. Fish pots are another story entirely.

    Had dozen shorts in the mix, fresh meat made all the difference, went from 8 oz to 10 then 12 to 14 and ended with 16. Moon had the current booming , 1.5 knot + drift. 15 lb braid

    Fish to 5 lbs with a beast dropped 105’. Fluke belly strips made the difference n kept the rat sea bass off.
