    Why not? Isn’t the Captain in charge and in control of everything that happens on his boat? He should be and should be held responsible for same. Post signs at the dock and on board that all size regulations MUST AND WILL be enforced

    Good for you BM Glad you had a good day with your Dad amd came home with fish I don’t fish PB’s very often but I think it is 100% on them to make sure undersized fish make it back to the water
