Every NOAA success has benefitted the Commercial Fishermen. Every (Many) failure has hurt the Recreational fisherman. Professionals? Their "scientists" are career politicians first, scientists second. They placate whatever administration is in office to save their jobs. Alot like NIH! Failed...- OVERBORED

They've been saying the same thing for 2 years now. Meanwhile All time highs have been reached seemingly every day. Profits are crazy! That said, I've pulled back a bit. Waiting for the heavyweights earnings reports. Fed might just end this sustained rally.- OVERBORED

Fishing in Gardiner NY
One thing I learned from the various ponds and creeks that I've wet a line in is the rooster tail lure works great for whatever is swimming around. I always used to pack an ultralight rod with a few roosters when traveling upstate or Pennsylvania.- OVERBORED

Problem is society is made up of so many people who don't own homes and who seem to always get the short end of the stick when it comes to subsidies. Landlords are not going to lower the rent because they're saving on electricity. The saving benefits the landlord.- OVERBORED
