It’s been an unusual year so far. (for me)

The weather, especially on the weekends, has not been great. A lot of wind has kept me from fishing on my boat. I have caught over 40 fluke. But zero keepers. A friend had similar experience on the south shore I have not caught Mackerel in the Long Island Sound in many years. This year, maybe...

I saw some old lures. The names ring a bell, but I have never used any of them (I tend to stay with bucktails). I do not surf cast. I fish on my boat. Any worth considering?

    Boat Fenders

Two of my boat fenders were looking a bit soft. (see pic) I was going toblow them up a bit, expecting a valve like a football or basketball. But there a hard black plug there. (see second pic) I assume you don't pry those out. Are these two fenders considered sealed?

Librela may lead to premature death for your older dog

I had a very special dog I loved with all my heart. His name was Banksy. My daughter named him after the graffiti artist. Of all the dogs in shelter, he was the only asymmetrical one (patch on his eye) and that is why he got that name. He is an American Staffordshire Terrier with a heart of...
