    Thank you. We're fifty yards away from them and can't carry on a conversation without yelling. I don't mind the music, but if they could take it down from 11 to maybe an 8? What gives them the right to decide what everyone else is going to listen to?

    Kind of true. Biggest problem, as always, is the shortcuts. One of the few times government should be spending the people's money, and they chintz on the plumbing. I guess they stole too much and had to find some way to stay close to the budget.

    I'd guess it's more about liability than reality. All of us know the ocean is lousy with sharks, but most people have no idea how common they are.

    This was a conversation we used to have at work, about how liable is a non-CDL driver for exceeding the ratings of their vehicle and trailer. It's not uncommon. We had repaired a huge wood-chipper for a customer and they sent this young girl with an F-150 to pick it up. I guess it made it okay...
