Decisions were made. Mostly bad ones. The Captain and the Pilot are going to have to have some 'splainin' to do.
OTOH, tugboat Captains have always impressed me. Tiny, yet powerful boats working hard in the land of giants. Those who operate them are so finely attuned to all the nuances of what's going on it's really amazing.
