This is the wheel I will attempt to fab....

Not much but a start.... gathered some parts for my new wheel... Cleaned her up again and oiled again. working on steering box and cables to install. Multiple small work to get caught up... Slow restart but hopefully steady.

Nice to be on her and working again.

Small steps at a time and I was on the Grover today. Big day for me.... I have a few pics of where I left off and boy what a mess she was in and still is. I have some cleaning to do before I can build... so no words for the first pic you can guess which one is the as she was pic... Oiled...

Thanks WhatKnot, It will be a slow start but should gain speed. I took some pics today of where I left her and stages of work for a beginning point... It will be nice to be back on her....

Hello All, Fluke Whisperer Im down but not out...haha.. 6 months ago our family was hit with a traumatic illness. Multiple operations later we are on the mend... I talk to my boat every day and set in her every week.. I will finish.. Catching up on all this good work I see.. Thanks

Thank you Live Bait, Although my boat was intact it was in bad repair. We took it down to the glass everywhere.... I could have saved alot of time not only doing the tear down but in the decision process of what to save and and what to repair. We hit that mark and did the complete rebuild...

From what I see Its a great start. Lots of work already done. Stripped out... Huge amount of measurements and radius and angles have to be known. Lots of hours and the devotion to finish....Not weeks or months , YEARS.....But alot of fun and satisfaction.... But Im preaching to the choir...
