I wasn’t planning on fishing today, but on my drive home from work this morning I decided its too nice out not to give it a shot! I usually dont like starting out around 10am, but what ya gonna do. So I decided a bay day was in order and i still had some high water but it was dropping fast, so i headed straight for my back bay spots and casted topwater plugs and nailed some nice bass! Then it was on to another area and the bluefish were in a frenzy on anything i threw their way. Then I decided to drift a few deep holes and was rewarded with weakfish on live peanuts!! What a day, so glad i went after a long night at work!
