Never liked the taste of apples unless they were cooked.

Cooked Apples: cellie easy cook Apples...

Peel and cut up bunch of apples in mixing bowl, add maple syrup or honey, raisins, walnuts, nutmeg, cinnamon, some liquor,, toss around, place in baking dish 350’ for 20 minutes or so till tender... good on ice cream, entenmanns pound cake, or something else... cellie...

Yes nice, when picking ? apples in that bin, gotta get the apple with the most red/color rather than blonde.. it shows the fruit is on the outside of the tree where the apple ? is getting the most SUN ?... cellie...

I like some at room temp and others chilled. Mac's, chilled they have more of that snap when i bite into it.

YES, my dad took us to Sullivan county for small game, remember the beautiful smell of leaves ? and apple ? bushels...Macintosh & Red Delicious were the variety I know of from back then...

Macs, I enjoyed more than Reds, but with so many variety today Macs not favor so much and Reds, the Airlines can keep mine they give away on the airplane and hospital too... cellie... ??
