Went out today, Tuesday 9/16, and it was blowing hard from the Northeast and it ruined the drift. 3 hours into incoming tide and I was still drifting west against the tide because it was very windy. Decided to go out because tomorrow it's going to rain. Tried the SE side of the Meadowbrook , nothing, went out to Jones Inlet and nothing there. Went in to the Loop Bridge, no drift , so I went back to the Meadowbrook and tried there again. Caught only 1 Fluke. Very windy out there. Next week I'm going out to Peconic Bay.
