saw no sign of peanuts and only caught one large snapper on a fluke/weak rig after giving up trying for snappers for bait. Could see your reflection in Jones Creek when out of the wind. I think its over for me in terms of coming home with dinner from the backbay. Disappointed but the last thing I can do is complain after the summer of weakfish I had. that odd combination of sea lettuce and mermaid hair was back on or near the bottom today. East wind against incoming allowed me to stay close to my preferred stops while jigging for fluke or weaks, nothing today and that could be it for me unless I take the boat to the bridges and/or start surfcasting the ocean beach.
