I think it might be the other way around. Gun in the trunk or the back of an SUV, ammo in the glove box. But as long as they're separated.Haven't heard of the updated regs. But as far as I remember ammo and gun have to be separated. Ie; ammo in trunk, gun locked in front seat. Glove box etc
Not sure if bb/pellet is same
If I'm rocking a ghillie suit in the low light on the south side of the prop I have a 100 -110' rangeI have no idea how I missed seeing this. Avenger is correct. Transporting a BB or pellet pistol is probably not a problem. But shooting it ? Hah ! Unless you are in your basement or live in the middle of "the back 40". you will probably run afoul of the "no discharge of a firearm (which the idiots in Albany and SE NY claim a BB gun to be) within 500 feet of an occupied dwelling. Although I haven't in a while, I can use my basement for a 33' range into a steel angled trap for pellets.
Well said.Newyorkistan IS messed up. Keep voting blue and it will get so much better?
Thank you so I can have it in my truck as long as its unloadedbb and pellet guns are considered the same as firearms in NY, so, transporting it unloaded fine, carrying ? Noooooooooooooooooo
And ammo is no where near it. Otherwise it's considered loadedThank you so I can have it in my truck as long as its unloaded
Not sure if it would be ok to leave it unattended (like running into a Home Depot) which is a no no for a true firearmThank you so I can have it in my truck as long as its unloaded
you’ll put your eye out with that thing!!Thank you so I can have it in my truck as long as its unloaded
just back n forth to work on occasionNot sure if it would be ok to leave it unattended (like running into a Home Depot) which is a no no for a true firearm
