does anyone here make jalepeno poppers ...aka.buffalo turds on the smoker ? if your not making them ya better start.lol..i cut the jalepeno in half ,fill it with a mix of mostly cream cheese and i mix in some of my rub into the cream cheese sometimes.close the jalapeno back up and wrap it with a bacon slice...use toothpicks to hold it all together and toss it on the smoker for a couple hours....its just fantastic,,,,,,,try it,,,you will like it
