I took Bob and Fred on my annual diamond jigging excursion to Montauk. My earlier trip was lost to weather.
Fishing was slower than in the past, but that only shows how good it has been in the past.
I brought over 15 bass to the boat to 26#, with 5 going over 18#.
Almost all the fish were clear overs, but we did get two just under 31".
I didn't get a count from Bob and Fred.
No one works harder to make sure you are on the fish than Captain Hugh Chancey.
