Ingredients:

• 2-3 shots of high-quality espresso (or a robust dark roast Moka pot brew)
• 4-6 oz of club soda or seltzer (carbonated via a SodaStream or store-bought)
• 1-2 tbsp of simple syrup (adjust to your preferred sweetness)
• Ice cubes [1]
