Cold Remedies

Hyponatremia, after drinking more than a half gallon of water in a day your body can have a negative reaction.
I always drank a lot of water. Have been drinking a gallon a day for years. No adverse effects here.

I’ve heard stories of hazing incidents where kids drink 2-3 gallons in a short period (an hour or so) of time and have issues though. You basically drown your body.

Prepping for a colonoscopy, two gallons is about right and the ya shift only a gallon back out... cellfish... :D

I use Cold-Eze. It's the zinc method which I find works well. The trick is you have to start taking them within the first 24 hours. If you do, it cuts the time you have the cold down to 3 or 4 days. Used them twice this winter and they worked like a charm.

Cold-Eze do work.
However; if you take them on an empty stomach... you will not feel that good stomach wise. I found that out first hand.

Not even close. You are putting out so much disinformation. But this is the internet where you can say anything without actually being factual.

Your body can eliminate 5.3 to 7.4 GALLONS of water a day, but it can't get rid of more than 27-33 ounces of water an hour on average. As per Medical News Today.

If you think I'm incorrect source something saying so.
