Here we go again Clocks ahead this weekend

I absolutely can not fathom why we insist on going back and forth. Farmers, outdoorsman ignore this nonsense. I don't wear a watch, haven't since I retired 12 years 8 months and 8 days ago. If I need to make a doctor's appointment on time, I can use my phone. Medical science has demonstrated that changing the clocks is stressful. Why why why ?

its the reason I turned down a job as an air traffic controller. I knew I could not handle the shifts. and it was a big reason why PATCO went out on strike in the first place.
