Deck Boot Socks

Mine fit on the loose side. So I wear Smartwool Trekking Crew Socks - Men’s Heavy Cushioned Wool Performance Sock. Are they an your solution? No idea.

The key to summer deck boots is switching out the cardboard insoles and putting in a quality one.

Here's what I use:

You'll notice the difference after being on your feet all day!
Thanks for the tip, Overbored. I just purchased a pair of the suggested inserts and they work great, Two straight days of wearing them and my feet feel as good as they do in some of my far more expensive sneakers.

Much better than the typical "off the shelf" Dr. Scholls alternatives.

Glad to hear. I read the Amazon reviews and read things like

felt like a million ants running up my leg

Don’t waste your money!

I would believe captmike28before some Amazon review.

Your favorite insoles are a great must have, been doing it for years. Most deck boots do squat for foot support, and I'm sure that the most senior members here do adjust to meet that need.

On the subject of "deck boot socks", I must be terribly out of fashion in that I use the same socks for my clamming boots, chest waders, yard work boots, snow boots, etc. which all have insoles and seasonably adjusted socks...
