Do they think we're idiots!

Where was all the crying when the whales were washing up on beaches during the seismic testing for the windmills?

Does relaxing the standards of "accidental taking" play into the bloody corporate hands cashing in on the environmental hysteria?

You can't cherrypick just because one dead whale is a victim of saving the planet and another got hit by an evil, marauding tanker that's supposedly destroying the planet.

"They should give free solar to anybody that wants it."

Where does "free" come from?
All I'm saying is , if they're doling out all that money for the windmills , why not give people free solar ? My home in Nassau is totally in the sun and my solar system would be selling power back to the utility company and I'd probably get an electric vehicle and charge it with that Solar.

To Pangaroo’s point, and the “nothing is free”. point of view, I’ll play devils advocate for a moment here…………

Of course everything needs to be paid for, and the primary source of funding is through the taxes we pay. Much of the money we pay in taxes goes to the common good of society. Take for example the environment, clean air, and water. We all benefit from having both, and the government is heavily invested in seeing that we have both, or at least they did in the past.

An argument can be made that solar energy benefits all of us by keeping the air and water clean. Additionally, it will likely help tremendously in keeping our planet healthy, much lower health care costs associated with both, and many other benefits.

Pangaroo’s thought of providing free solar would need some massaging so that more could take of advantage of it, but that would be another discussion for another day.

Problem is society is made up of so many people who don't own homes and who seem to always get the short end of the stick when it comes to subsidies.

Landlords are not going to lower the rent because they're saving on electricity. The saving benefits the landlord.

Question of the day: How many moons circle your planet? ;)
Much of the money we pay in taxes goes to salaries and lifelong benefits of Cops and politicians and other public employees who complain the most about socialism without admitting they are 100% the biggest beneficiaries of socialism 😉😉

Socialism is an economic and political system where the community or the government owns and controls the major means of production, distribution, and exchange instead of private individuals. [1, 2]

Correct
When cops and firemen benefit from it, and Mr McConnell gets 92 days of paid days off its called EARNED
When anyone else benefits its called socialism, a handout, milking the system, communism, etc 😎😎😎😎

If you are talking about Mitch McConnell, well, no true love of mine, but an American hero none the less. Anybody know why??

How about we meet for a beer and talk about this in person before the boss man has to delete us??? 🍻 🤣🤣🤣
I am going to tell you anyway and nobody is stopping me.

So, blah blah blah, as it relates to blah blah blah. For the years it happened, blah blah blah and double blah blah blah. And finally, blah blah blah.

Therefore an American hero!
