Cellie, even though i dislike Jaguars if one crashed in front of me i would stop and give assistance. Just as on the water when someone is in trouble. You help them in fact you are required to do so. No I don't have an electric bike.

old mud I respect your position, this happened on very busy pathway, near freedom tower… he had immediate help from the fellow who blindsided him…

truly these popular delivery E bikes are out of control… with total disregard for safety… the city needs to regulate them with registrations, plates and drivers license… if the situation was different, i probably would have stopped… cellie…

Celli, I think your right about regulating them. Especially in NY city. Here i seldom see one. My city of Bath and our 8766 year round residents need no new regulations. So i think it should not by State but by City or area. We have bike paths here and laws to protect them but sometimes i curse them when the ride down the middle of the street. Much like Sail boaters in a busy channel that think it's ok to cut across traffic whenever they want. They don't seem to get the concept of "Tonnage has the right of way". Anyway, yeah i get your problem with them.
