I had some bone head last night shooting them off from his back yard. All our house are close and tight, with tons of trees in surrounding. Not very smart ?

My Yellow guy was crazy scared when he heard them, we would have to put a thunder shirt on him..
My Black Lab would have lit them off with ya and never was bothered by them.

Legal here, I expect a very noisy night tonight. I made a large purchase expecting the Granddaughters to be around, but their yearly trip schedule got changed and they've already left. While here, my son told me to go easy on the display, so I've got 4 or 5 500 gm cakes sitting in the shed waiting for ignition tonight.

Must be some gene on the Y chromosome that loves blowing things up...

The Crescent Club in Centerport cancelled their's as well.

When I was up in Cobleskill last week there were fireworks stands set up all over the place. I thought they were illegal in NY but the guy said it was up to each county to determine that. Not sure if it's true but they did have some nice fireworks.
