fished with maureen tonite after dinner in the back lake for 2 hours

hi nyangler friends,,, we have not fished in a while down here,,, the winds been real bad here even for the lakes ,,, just didnt want to deal with the wind... but today after dinner tonight we went to wet a line,,no wind it layed down nice,,,,,,we had some action in the back lake,,,,, we caught catfish,,talapia and a few sunfish all on worms,,,,,,,,,,always a great time with maureen,,,,,,,,,relaxing time,,,,, all stay well,,,,,now go catch them fluke,,,,,,,mojoe wants to see more fluke reports,,,, lep,,capt mike and friends i want to see those doormat fluke (y) ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,till next time,,,,

So, it looks like Maureen is not only a Bassmaster she is also the "Talapia Queen"!!
Well done folks.

I did start my season today but water temps still a bit too chilly for Fluke in the Peconics. No worries, caught plenty of Scup to put something fresh on the table. Give me another 2 weeks and we will see some nice Flatties.
 
Great day of fishing yesterday congrats. I will probably go back to kissena park this week not a fan of fishing with persistent easterly winds all week long
 
Are talipia good eating
bassmaster not from these lakes ?,,,,,,,,,,i think when there farm raised the talipia are giving chit:poop: to eat to grow,,,,,,,,,,, we would not eat them from anywhere :sick:,,,,,,,,,,there skin is thick ,, hard to get there skin off when you fillet them,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ><)))):>
